This product comprises LORAWAN sensors, a gateway, cloud server, and a web application. The installation for the devices is straightforward, and the system itself is user-friendly.

Multiple sensors are placed in the cold room. These sensors will monitor temperatures and automatically capture temperature data. The data is then sent to the web application. The web application enables Hong Seafood to remotely monitor cold room temperatures. It also allows them to extract relevant temperature data for submission to SFA auditors during audits.

One of the primary reasons for Hong Seafood’s investment in this product is receiving temperature threshold breach alerts on their phones through Telegram. This feature significantly improves over their previous temperature monitoring system, which limited alerts to the control panel. This not only saves time but also enables prompt corrective actions, like calling for cold room servicing to maintain optimal temperature conditions for their goods.
